Conditions of Use

General

Corporate Accounts - A corporate account may be established at the discretion of our company. Corporate accounts will be billed on the 1st day of the month following any charges and be due by the 30th day of that month. Any bill PAST DUE BY 60 DAYS or more will incur a $25 late fee. On orders totaling $200.00 or more, a good faith deposit of one half (1/2) of the total purchase price will be required. The time required to fill such orders will be determined at the time the order is placed, but should, under normal circumstances, be no more than two weeks for completion. Exceptions would, of course, be Holiday seasons.

Personal orders require payment by credit card, cash, money order or personal check. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express. All personal checks must clear before basket orders are processed. If payment is made by personal check and is returned for insufficient funds, a $30 service fee will be charged to the customer.

Due to seasonal and/or supplier availability, Nuts & Such reserves the right to substitute unavailable items for items of equal or greater value.


Customer supplied promotional gift items

Whether corporate coffee mugs, t-shirts or business cards, we can include your logo or promotional items in our gift baskets. Please call us so we can help you through the details.
If you don't have your own logo items, we can help there, too.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged on any gift bought by South Carolina residents. The rate, since we are located in Greenville County and not within the metropolitan district of Travelers Rest, is 6% on all gifts NOT containing pre-packaged ready-to-eat food products and 0.0% on all gifts containing pre-packaged ready-to-eat food products. The exception to this rule is if the food and non-food items are combined into a single container. At that point, the entire gift reverts to the 6% Sales Tax.
Residents of all other States are not required to pay South Carolina Sales Tax.
